This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App"). Age Restriction: Lris is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not use this App.

- User-Generated Content (UGC): Any content you create, upload, post, share, or transmit through the App, including but not limited to text, images, videos, comments, messages, and other materials.
- Communication Data: Information you provide when contacting our support team, including email correspondence and support tickets.
- Payment Information: When you make in-app purchases, payment information is processed by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android) through their secure payment systems. We do not directly collect or store your credit card information.
1.2 Information Automatically Collected
- Device Information: Device type, model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including features used, time spent, pages viewed, and navigation patterns.
- Log Data: IP address, browser type, access times, dates and times of your visits, and other diagnostic data.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Social Media: If you choose to connect your social media accounts, we may receive information from those platforms in accordance with their privacy policies.
- Analytics Providers: We use third-party analytics services that may collect information about your use of the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

3. In-App Purchases
3.1 Purchase Information

- We receive transaction information including purchase date, item purchased, and transaction ID, but not your payment card details
- Your payment information is stored securely by Apple or Google and is subject to their respective privacy policies
- We may track your purchase history to provide customer support and manage subscriptions
3.2 Subscription Management
If you purchase a subscription:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings
- We will notify you of any changes to subscription pricing or terms
- Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies
3.3 Virtual Items and Currency
If the App includes virtual currency or items:
- Virtual items and currency have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money
- Virtual items are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items at any time
4. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Community Guidelines
4.1 Zero-Tolerance Policy for Inappropriate Content
We have a zero-tolerance policy for User-Generated Content (UGC) that is pornographic, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all users.
Specifically, the following types of content are strictly prohibited:
- Pornographic or Sexually Explicit Content: Any content related to nudity, sexual acts, sexual solicitation, or explicit sexual material
- Violent or Graphic Content: Content depicting violence, gore, graphic injuries, or disturbing imagery that may cause distress
- Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Gambling-Related Content: Any content promoting gambling, betting, or games of chance, including links to gambling websites or services
- Drug-Related Content: Content depicting, promoting, or glorifying illegal drugs, drug use, drug paraphernalia, or substance abuse
- Political Propaganda: Content aimed at inciting division, spreading misinformation, or promoting political agendas that may cause harm or conflict
- Offensive Language: Extremely vulgar language, profanity used to harass or demean others, or language that goes against common moral and ethical standards
- Harassment and Bullying: Content that demeans, humiliates, threatens, or harasses other users
- Illegal Activities: Content that promotes or depicts illegal activities, including but not limited to theft, fraud, or other criminal acts
- Spam and Scams: Unsolicited promotional content, phishing attempts, or fraudulent schemes
4.2 Content Moderation
We employ a combination of automated systems and human moderators to review and monitor UGC. All content is subject to review, and we reserve the right to:
- Remove any content that violates our Community Guidelines
- Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies
- Report illegal content to appropriate law enforcement authorities
- Take legal action against users who post illegal or harmful content
4.3 Reporting Inappropriate Content
We encourage all users to report content that violates our Community Guidelines. If you encounter inappropriate content:
- Use the In-App Reporting Feature: Most content has a "Report" button that allows you to flag inappropriate material
- Contact Support: Email us at lianximail@lrisbay.com with details about the content, including screenshots and the username of the offending account
- Provide Details: When reporting, include as much information as possible: the type of violation, when you saw it, and any relevant context
4.4 Response to Reports
We take all reports seriously and will:
- Review reported content within 24-48 hours (or sooner for urgent violations)
- Remove content that violates our policies
- Take appropriate action against offending accounts, which may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans
- Notify you of the outcome when possible (while respecting privacy considerations)
- Maintain records of violations for enforcement purposes
4.5 Consequences for Violations
We do not tolerate offensive content or abusive behavior toward users. Violations of our Community Guidelines may result in:
- Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating content
- Warning: A formal warning for first-time or minor violations
- Temporary Suspension: Account suspension for a specified period (e.g., 7 days, 30 days)
- Permanent Ban: Permanent account termination for severe or repeated violations
- Legal Action: Reporting to law enforcement for illegal content or activities
- No Refunds: Users who are banned for violations are not entitled to refunds for purchases made prior to the ban
4.6 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, or share through the App. By using Lris, you agree to:
- Only post content that you have the right to share
- Respect the rights and dignity of other users
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the App to harm, harass, or offend others
- Report inappropriate content when you encounter it
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation
- Safety and Security: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Lris, our users, or others

- With Your Consent: When you explicitly consent to sharing your information
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Lris is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information immediately. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. We take appropriate measures to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:
